If you own a website that is affected by this, please encourage your visitors to keep their antivirus/antimalware software up to date, and, if possible, encourage use of Firefox, as this browser seems to prevent redirection.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The matter is being investigated fully and we believe the problem does not originate in Apache as we originally thought. At this time, BurstNET™ Network Engineering will be performing an upgrade to our Cisco™ 6500-series routing/switching equipment, in preparation for adding additional transport/transit capacity to the network.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;This maintenance will be service affecting, however, due to the existing redundant network design, we do not expect full network downtime. We do expect two periods (estimated 20-30 minutes each) of higher than normal latency and/or packet loss while routing cards are replaced/upgraded, cabling switched, and BGP updated/reloaded, during the maintenance window. Proper planning, pre-configuration, and testing has been completed in advance of this maintenance period, in order to minimize as much as possible the overall time that will be service affecting.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Some of our clients might be affected by this. I have been informed that most should already now be online and working.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Should you have any further questions, submitting a ticket would be a best option. UDL will be submitting a techincal report soon about the whole issue.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also, we are happy to say that we will be extending our remote FTP backup per client to all of our paid clients, home and business plans, for free.
